I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Discover Boating. I received collateral to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
Do you have a favorite activity to do as a family in the summer? Or maybe a favorite activity to do alone when you finally get a break and some time to yourself?
My family and I love to head down to North Carolina every summer. Besides hanging out on the beach chilling on the sand and swimming in the waves we love to go out on a friend’s boat and play in the sound. It is so much fun because we can head way out and still the water is shallow enough to get off the boat and take a swim. We can fish off the side, or just turn off the engine and relax. There is nothing like feeling that breeze and feeling the speed as the boat races around the water.
Did you know that more than 88 million people went boating last year? So many people choosing to spend their time boating is because being together on the water is a great way to make memories. Whether it is fishing, tubing, racing or just chilling it out, you are making memories that will last a life time. And with 90% of Americans living within an hour of a body of water boating is an easy vacation or day trip to plan.
