I received a free Image Bracelet Maker® kit for my review. All thoughts are my own.
My kids love to do crafts of all kind. And now that my daughter has her iPod she is always taking pictures. She loves to find fun ways to express herself and make things that show off her personality. We recently received an Image Bracelet Maker® from MyFBM. This is a fun kit that lets kids make their own bracelets with either the sheets of pictures included or they can go online, resize their own pictures and then print them.
The kit comes with everything the kids need to get started as soon as they open the box. It has the tiles for the bracelet, cards that have cool designs and pictures on them, including letters, the elastic bands and the glue to hold everything in place.
Serenity can never find anything with her name on it, so as soon as we saw the letters, we knew what kind of bracelet she would want. One with her name on it.
First thing to do is to pick out the elastic bands and the tiles. Set the tiles up across the work area to ensure, that they are all facing the right way. Then string each end so that the bracelet is together.
Punch out the pictures you would like to use, whether they are the kind that are included, or printed yourself. We were making a name bracelet so we used the ones included. It is very easy to use the punch so it is great for the kids do to themselves.
Then have the kids add glue to the back of each paper piece and add it to the tiles. There is a special tool to help ensure that the paper in the tile and not curling up.
Once all the tiles are full, simply put the bracelet on by tying the string. Snip the strings and model your way cool bracelet.
You can get your own Image Bracelet Maker® and refill kits from the website. This is a great craft kit to have on hand for those rainy days or afternoon playdates.
