I am so excited to be joining the Nutrisystem Nation. I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I have been able to lose weight but then I start to eat badly again and the weight came back. Nutrisystem comes pre-portioned to help me learn to eat right.
I made my first month’s selection and will be starting my weight loss journey soon. Each week I will post about how I am doing on the program, updates on my weight loss and if I had a harder week or a easy week, also what I thought about the food I tried that week. I’ll be on the Women’s Success program, and will be receiving pantry-ready foods as well as 10 Chef’s Table frozen selections.

I selected a lot of different meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert from Nutrisystem’s menu. I can’t wait to try so many of the foods. I love that there are many grab and go options for lunch and breakfast, since I am usually very busy and some days do not get around to eating until almost dinner time, and by then I am starving.

Since I have a lot of weight to lose my first goal is to reach 145, which is just under 45 lbs. I am hoping to reach that by the end of April.

Be sure to keep an eye out for my first official post once the food arrives and the weight loss officially begins.

Yay, another blogger who’s just starting! I wish both you and I success on this program. I just started the food today, but so far so good, besides the headaches!
