I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Little Remedies. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
My husband is a medicine taker. What do I mean? He thinks there is a pill for everything. Got a cough, take a pill. Got a pain, grab a pill. Sore throat, yep, that’s right, take a pill. I, on the other hand, do not like taking medicine. With exception of my headaches and, these days, my asthma medicine, I try very hard not to take anything, unless it a complete MUST.
When I had kids, I knew I wanted to take my philosophy with the kids. I know there are times that the kids HAVE to take medicine. Right now, we have been dealing with a massive bug through the house. The kids are all running fevers and having tummy trouble. I am certainly not about to let the kids run a fever. But, if the kids have a fever, and not a cough or stuffy nose, I do not want to give them medicine that has all of that in there. They only need something for fever.
Little Remedies offers exactly that. They believe it is important to Say Yes to Less. Their medicines are tailored to only give the basic and minimal amount of medicines. Also, they are free of artificial ingredients, dyes and even parabens.
Little Remedies wants all of us to Say Yes to Yes. Yes to less sugar or distractions, waste or negativity. I personally have chosen to say Yes to Less Negativity by being more patient in daily situations. I think we all need to take a breathe sometimes and slow down to keep from losing patients. In honor of my pledge, Little Remedies donated $1 to Make-a-Wish®*
Little Remedies is hosting a #SayYes2Less Twitter Party Wednesday, December 11th from 1:00-2:00PM EST. Be sure to come and hang out.
