– Flour – Cornstarch – Sugar substitute – Baking powder – Salt – Almond milk – Powdered sugar substitute
– Egg – Light butter – Vanilla – Strawberries – Lemon juice
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and sugar substitute. In a small bowl, add the melted butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Combine together with a whisk.
Fold the wet and dry ingredients together being careful to not overmix. Mix until just combined together. Fold the strawberries into the batter carefully.
Fill the holes in the pan to about 1/2 way full. Bake for 10-12 minutes. A toothpick will come out clean when the they are done. Place the donuts on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.
As these are cooling, make the glaze. Mix together the lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla. Use a spoon to drizzle the glaze over each donut. Enjoy!
