Ingredients

– Bananas – Sugar substitute  – Unsweetened applesauce – All-purpose flour – Salt – Baking soda

Grease a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside. In a medium bowl mash bananas with a fork or potato masher.

Beat in the remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Let cool on a baking rack. Slice and enjoy!
