1lbground turkey breast
1 1/2cupsHomemade Gravy1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons flour, 1 chicken bouillon cube, and 2 cups water
1package of cheese mashed potatoesmade without butter
In a large skillet, brown ground turkey.
Next, make the homemade gravy. In a saucepan, melt one tablespoon butter. Add in flour and cook until slightly brown.
Dissolve the bouillon cube in 2 cups of hot water. Slowly add the water to the saucepan. Let thicken.
Meanwhile, make the mashed potatoes according to the directions.
Add green beans and corn. Mix in the gravy.
Pour it into a 9*13 glass casserole dish. Add potatoes on top.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven or until bubbling and golden.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes and enjoy. Makes 8 servings.
