Make the bacon. I like mine nice and crispy. Make yours how you like it.
Cut it into bite size pieces. Spread the bacon onto a cookie sheet, in a nice layer.
Preheat the oven to 350.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Once melted, add the brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue cooking and stirring for about 5 minutes, while it thickens and turns to a caramel color.
Pour the caramel over the bacon and put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, take it out of the oven and add the chocolate chips over the top evenly. Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle it with salt, then smooth the chocolate out.
