Seasoning: I used Italian seasoning and sprinkled garlic salt on top. You can skip this and make plain or use whatever flavors you like.
Egg Wash: If you want to skip the egg wash you can but it helps it get golden brown on top.
Directions
Make the dough. I like to add the seasoning in here but if you have dough already made you can add the seasoning in and just rework and knead the dough.
Roll the bread stick dough out and using a knife or pizza cutter to cut into 8 or more sticks.
Top with egg wash.
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for about 19 minutes.
