To prepare the peanut sauce, combine the chicken stock, peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over medium high heat.
Simmer gently, stirring frequently, until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, around 5-6 minutes.
