Mash the bananas in a bowl using a fork. The more they are smashed, the easier it is to get the cookies mixed.
Add the oatmeal to the bowl. Mix it in well.
Fold in the chocolate chips
Scoop the cookies onto the baking sheet
Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes until done.
Notes
My cookie scoop gives me 24 cookies. These are small cookies. If you use a larger cookie scoop, you will get less cookies. This will change not only the servings but also the nutritional content.
