Take your marshmallows and stick them with a lollipop stick. These are available at Walmart's cake decorating section or at a craft store in theirs.
Take your graham crackers and put them in a plastic bag. Crush them up. If you are lazy and don't want to deal with crushing them, Keebler sells graham cracker crumbs already prepped to be made into a pie. You could by them.
Take your chocolate and melt it in the microwave. Start with 30 seconds, stir and then another 30 seconds. Keep doing that until it melted. But do not over heat it. It gets hard and gross them. You can use just about any chocolate. I used chips for cookies, but you could use melting chocolate, candy bars, whatever.
When the marshmallows are on the sticks, dip it in the chocolate. Swirl it around to coat it.
Then press it into the graham crackers. You can do the whole thing, just the tops, whatever makes you smile.
Then let them sit for a few hours to harden up.
Now pack them up and be ready to go.
WARNING: These are incredibly addictive. If you are someone like me, who tends to pick, and loves sweets, you might eat the tray before you get to your destination. "Oh just one." "Oh, just one now" and so on and so on.
