diced (we like a mix of sweet and tart—Honeycrisp and Granny Smith work great)

seedless red grapes
halved

thinly sliced red onion

sliced almonds

cooked bacon
crumbled (optional but delicious)

cup
mayonnaise
¾
cup
plain Greek yogurt

sugar

lemon juice
or apple cider vinegar
Directions
Chop and prep.
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Dice the apples (no need to peel unless you want to). Slice the onion and halve the grapes.
Mix the base.
In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli, apples, grapes, red onion, almonds, and bacon (if using). Give it a gentle toss.
Make the dressing.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, Greek yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
Toss and chill.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until everything is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
