Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup boneless skinless shredded chicken breast You can use cooked chicken breast, use rotisserie chicken, or canned chicken breast, drained well.
  • 1-2 Tbsp fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Franks buffalo sauce
  • 1/8 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Flour Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 Tbsp fat free cream cheese
  • green onions thinly sliced or chopped
  • 2 slices bacon crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp fat free cheddar cheese

Directions
 

In the Skillet

  • Heat the skillet on medium and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook the wrap for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until crispy and brown.

In the Air Fryer

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.

In Panini Press

  • Spray the press with cooking spray.
  • Cook until golden brown.
