Simple syrup

Directions
Make the syrup
Make the simple syrup and replace the mint with 4 cinnamon sticks. Remove the cinnamon sticks and let the syrup cool.
Make the Latte
Make the espresso or coffee.
Froth the milk, using the handheld frother or shaking in a mason jar.
Add the cinnamon dolce syrup to the bottom of the mug and added the coffee on top.
Put the frothed milk over the top.
Sprinkle with more cinnamon
