Melt-in-Your-Mouth Baby Yogurt Drops You Can Make at Home
Our Wabi Sabi Life
These homemade baby yogurt drops are a fun, healthy snack for little ones. Made with real yogurt and simple ingredients, they melt in your mouth and are perfect for babies learning to self-feed.
Line a 9x13 baking sheet with tin foil and then place a sheet of parchment paper over the top of the foil.
Place the yogurt, cornstarch, and sugar in a small mixing bowl, and mix until fully combined.
Add the egg whites and cream of tartar to a separate medium mixing bowl. Using the hand mixer, beat the egg mixture until it holds shape. Nice and thick.
Gently, very gently, add the yogurt mixture to the egg whites and lightly fold the ingredients together using a rubber spatula. Remain very gentle so the mixture holds its texture.
Using a spoon or frosting bag, make small dollops of the yogurt mixture on the prepared sheet. You don’t have to leave a ton of space between each dot. Just a little bit is perfect.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the bottom.
Remove and let chill on the pan for 15 minutes.
Eat right away or store in a sealed baggie or airtight container in the pantry. Enjoy!
