1.5 lbof 97% ground turkey or chicken breast
1jar of spaghetti sauce
8ozof fat-free cream cheese
¼cupFat-Free plain Greek Yogurt
½lb1% cottage cheeseequals 1 cup
10ounceswhole wheat pastazoodles, or tofu shirataki noodles
1/4cupfat-free Grated cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook noodles to al dente.
Cook ground turkey until done and drain.
Combine cream cheese, yogurt, and cottage cheese until well blended
Mix the cream cheese mixture together with sauce,
ground turkey and noodles.
Pour it into a 9*13 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
