Directions
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, except the lemon juice.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until lentils are tender.
Right before serving, stir in lemon juice. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
