10.5ouncecream of mushroom soupor cream of chicken soup
1 cancorndrained
Salt and black pepperto taste
16ouncefrozen tater tots
2cupsshredded cheddar cheeseor use colby jack or sharp cheddar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a casserole dish or 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large skillet, cook the ground meat over medium-high heat until it’s fully browned and crumbled, about 7–10 minutes. If needed, drain excess grease with a slotted spoon.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, corn, a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a creamy meat mixture.
Transfer the mixture to your prepared oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Spread into an even layer.
Arrange the regular tater tots in a single layer across the top of the beef mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly across the top of the tater tots.
Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
