Thai Drunkard Noodles is a simple, quick dinner. It is a quick meal to make with stir-fry rice noodles, which are super thin, then it is flavored with soy sauce, basil and lemon zest. It is also perfect for less than $10 dinner.

Ingredients

rice noodles
also called rice sticks or stir-fry noodles

cloves
of garlic
minced

chilies
diced

green pepper- diced1 onion
chopped

tpmato

lemons- zested. Be sure to not get the pith
the white part under the rind. This does not taste good and will make it bitter.

soy sauce

salt to taste
Directions
Start by soaking the noodles in water.
While they are soaking, chop the veggies.
Heat the oil in a pan, or wok if you have one.
Sauté the garlic, chilies, onions, and peppers.
Add in the noodles, drained, onions, tomato, lemon zest, basil, sugar, soy sauce, and salt.
