Ingredients
  

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup mozzarella pearls
  • 24 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • ½ tsp black pepper or to taste

Directions
 

  • On a skewer place 2 small pearls of mozzarella.
  • Then add a basil leaf. You can fold it double if it’s too big.
  • Add a cherry tomato.
  • Then add another basil leaf.
  • And add 2 small mozzarella pearls again.
  • Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with black pepper to taste.
