Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and Jiffy corn muffin mix. Stir until well combined.
Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
