Disney-Pixar’s Cars 3 takes place with Lighting McQueen getting pushed out of the game with the new generation of blazing fast cars. He is hoping to get back into the game so he turns to Cruz Ramirez. Cruz is an eager young technician who has her own plans for winning.
One of my favorite scenes is when Cruz and Lightning McQueen go to the demolition derby. I love the characters that are there. As McQueen finds himself in the race, so does Cruz and she was not ready. I love how the 2 main characters are doing well, and then find themselves against the champ.
Using the Hudson Hornet as his inspiration, McQueen is ready to take his place again as winner of the Piston Cup.
“Cars 3” makes viewers feel like part of the action with the 4K Ultra HD format. The DVD has the movie as well as Miss Fritter’s Racing Skool (Exclusive new mini-movie), Lou (a theatrical short), Let’s.Get.Crazy which shows how Pixar puts the crazy in the Thunder Hollow Crazy 8 race, and several other bonus features.
