Christmas is coming quickly. You might be wondering how you are going to get all of the gifts you need to get for everyone. Almost all of us are on a budget, and Christmas can definitely stress that budget. I have found that one of my favorite things to give for the holidays are gift baskets that I can make on a budget, that I know the person I am giving it to will love.
A DIY mani-pedi basket is a wonderful gift idea. It would be great for Christmas or a birthday gift idea. To make it an even better idea, everything in the basket can be bought at the dollar store.
Get the container of your choice. It can be a plastic tub or a colorful basket. Then load up on the different nail goodies.
Get nail polish and polish remover. Get nail files and clippers. The dollar store often times offers nail wraps and nail tattoos. To make the basket a mani and pedicure kit, also pick up some pedicure supplies.
Finish the basket with some nice lotions. Take the whole basket and either place in a large decorative gift bag or pretty cellophane. This kit cost me $25 including the supplies to give it away. You can make the basket as large or as small as your budget allows.
