carrot

Fat Free Greek yogurt

T.
apple cider vinegar

t.
ground cumin

t.
spicy Dijon mustard

fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper
to taste
Directions
Slice the cabbages and place them in a large bowl.
Shred the carrots and add to the bowl.
Whisk together the yogurt, vinegar, cumin, mustard, and lime juice together in a bowl.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and combine.
Add salt and pepper and stir.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
