I love nachos but I hate how the cheese never quite works the way it does at a restaurant. So my idea is to mix the cheese-y goodness in with the beef and then top everything with shredded cheese because… well… CHEESE!

Ingredients

- 1 bag of nacho chips
- 1lb of ground beef (you can certainly use turkey or pork)
- 2 cans of cheddar cheese condensed soup
- Shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 can of diced tomatoes – drained
- Additional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole
How to Make The Perfect Nachos
Brown the ground beef and drain.
Add the 2 cans of soup to the meat. Do not add water.
Cook the soup and meat for 5 minutes.
Lay the nacho chips on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with cheese.
Add cheesy meat out over the chips
Top with diced tomatoes.
Add more shredded cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and this homemade guacamole recipe.
