Parmesan Topped Appetizer
1/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
Leaves from parsley
12 to 15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 loaf of baguette bread
Slice baguette bread into rounds and place on tray.
In a bowl, mix in garlic and mayo.
In another small bowl, mix cheeses.
Spread garlic mayo mixture onto each slice.
Top with cheese, half a tomato, and a leaf of parsley.
