Can I Make This a Keto Cookie Dough Dip?
Technically, yes. But that requires a lot of artificial sugar. You would want to replace the brown sugar and icing sugar, or powdered sugar, with their Swerve counter parts (I get mine online). I like to use Swerve because it gives me the conversation rate. Since fake sugar is always a little sweeter than regular sugar, I would start low and carefully add more as you taste. You will also need to use LIly’s brand peanut butter cups. I would also recommend a no sugar added peanut butter.
