These cheesy loaded nachos are topped with ground beef, creamy cheddar cheese soup, fresh toppings, and a drizzle of sour cream. Perfect for parties, quick dinners, or game day snacking!
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any grease. Stir in cheddar cheese soup and let it warm through. Set aside.
Step 2 – Assemble the Nachos:
Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a large oven-safe plate or baking sheet. Spoon cheesy beef over the chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and drizzle nacho cheese sauce if using.
