    Ingredients
      

    • 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz fire roasted adds great flavor!
    • 1 small onion roughly chopped
    • 1-2 jalapeños seeds removed for less heat
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1 lime juiced
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
    • 1 handful fresh cilantro

    Directions
     

    • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
    • Pulse a few times until you reach your desired consistency. We like ours a little chunky.
    • Taste and adjust. Add more salt, lime juice, or jalapeño if you want more zing.
    • Pour it into a bowl. Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes if you can. The flavors get even better.
