Refrigerator Storage: This fresh fruit salad will last in the fridge for up to 3 days when stored in an airtight container. If you want to prevent any color bleeding, separate the dark and light-colored fruit into separate containers.

Easy Grape Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Yogurt Dip:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain full-fat
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Fruit Salad:
- 1 cup green grapes seedless washed and halved.
- 1 cup pineapple fresh cut into chunks
- 1 large ripe mango peeled and cut into chunks
- ¼ cup pineapple juice fresh
- 1 zest lime organic
- 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons mint fresh finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons honey optional
- 1 cup strawberries fresh hulled and cut into chunks
- 2 large kiwi fresh peeled, halved, and sliced
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add in the Gree yogurt, honey, and ground cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
Fruit Salad
- In a large glass bowl, add in the grapes, pineapple, and mango. Then add in the pineapple juice, lime zest, lime juice, and mint and toss to combine.
- For additional sweetness, drizzle mixture with honey and gently stir to combine, if desired.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Place the strawberries in a separate container to chill at the same time.
- Once chilled, remove fruit salad and strawberries from refrigerator and add the strawberries and freshly sliced kiwi to the bowl. Gently stir to combine and serve immediately with the dip.
