    This Grape Salad Recipe is jam-packed with flavors and refreshing fruits like grapes, pineapples, mango, lime, strawberries, and kiwi, and served with a delicious honey yogurt dip.

    This recipe is so simple to make and tastes amazing! This is perfect for hot summer days and the honey yogurt dip has the perfect flavor combination to pair with the fresh fruit. A recipe like this is also very easy to alter to your liking if you don’t prefer some fruit, you can switch it out or add more of another fruit.

    Hint: Try to wait and add the strawberries right before serving for the best presentation. This will keep the lighter-colored fruit from absorbing the bright red color

    • Add more of or remove a certain fruit.
    • Use any kind of grapes you want; green, red, or black.

    🍶 Storing

    Refrigerator Storage: This fresh fruit salad will last in the fridge for up to 3 days when stored in an airtight container. If you want to prevent any color bleeding, separate the dark and light-colored fruit into separate containers.

    Freezer Storage: This isn’t recommended.

    💭Top Tips

    • Slice and add kiwi to the bowl before serving to prevent any browning.
    • I prefer using cotton candy grapes for their flavor.
    • I like to have all of the fruit thoroughly chilled before preparing the salad, so it is fresh, sweet, and crunchy.

    Ingredients
      

    Yogurt Dip:

    • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain full-fat
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Fruit Salad:

    • 1 cup green grapes seedless washed and halved.
    • 1 cup pineapple fresh cut into chunks
    • 1 large ripe mango peeled and cut into chunks
    • ¼ cup pineapple juice fresh
    • 1 zest lime organic
    • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
    • 2 tablespoons mint fresh finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoons honey optional
    • 1 cup strawberries fresh hulled and cut into chunks
    • 2 large kiwi fresh peeled, halved, and sliced

    Directions
     

    • In a medium bowl, add in the Gree yogurt, honey, and ground cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.

    Fruit Salad

    • In a large glass bowl, add in the grapes, pineapple, and mango. Then add in the pineapple juice, lime zest, lime juice, and mint and toss to combine.
    • For additional sweetness, drizzle mixture with honey and gently stir to combine, if desired.
    • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Place the strawberries in a separate container to chill at the same time.
    • Once chilled, remove fruit salad and strawberries from refrigerator and add the strawberries and freshly sliced kiwi to the bowl. Gently stir to combine and serve immediately with the dip.
