    Mickey Mouse Pie Crust Cookies

Mickey Mouse pie crust cookies are a fun twist on the classic sugar cookie. The dough is made in a pie crust pan and shaped like Mickey’s head, complete with ears!
It’s time to get your baking shoes on because these cookies are sure to be a hit for any occasion.

    What are Pie Crust Cookies

These cookies that are made from pie crust. Available at Disney, these adorable Mickey Mouse cookies are so cute and the family will love them.

Do All Pie Crust Cookies Have Filling

You do not have to add filling to these cookies. You can bake just the pie crust as is and add cinnamon sugar on top or a powdered sugar glaze. The Disney Mickey Mouse Pie Crust Cookies are filled with preserves to make them even better.

How to Store Pie Crust Cookies

If your house is like mine, these cookies will be gone before you can even put them away. But if you are ready to store the cookies, you will want to store them in an airtight container. This can be a plastic container with a lid or a freezer bag.

What Can I Add to These Cookies

There are so many types of preserves that you can add inside. I love adding blueberry compote inside. You can add cinnamon sugar on the outside too. You even add chocolate on the inside if you want to give these Mickey Mouse cookies a twist. Powdered sugar alone or made into a glaze works well too.

What to Serve with these Cookies

These cookies are a great snack idea. You can enjoy them with just a cold glass of milk, which is the way hubby likes them best. However, you can make them even more decadent and use them as a dunker for some of our favorite dessert dips, like Dunkaroo Dip, Easter Peeps S’more Dip or Healthy Peanut Butter Fruit Dip.

How Long Do Pie Crust Cookies Last

These cookies will last about 3 days when they are filled. If the cookies are unfilled they will last for about 5 days.
