Cheeseburger Muffin Cups
I don’t know about you but if I wanting to get healthy and watch my calorie intake, I don’t want to always feel deprived of food. I want to feel satisfied and actually enjoy real food. That’s one of the reasons I have been experimenting with all kinds of recipes that are Weight Watchers friendly. Life is too short to not enjoy good food.
This recipe makes a great special dinner idea or is a great appetizer. My kids love to have these for a special birthday dinner. I like to know that I can still have them for their special day or for a family get together and still stay on track with my points.
I like to serve these with lots of vegetables or a salad so that I can have some and still feel full with lots of 0 points food.

- Brown sugar

- Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

How to Make Cheeseburger Cups
You want to spray the muffin cups before you start and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the ingredients and set aside.
Press the muffins into a muffin tin being sure to spread the biscuit up the sides to form a cup
Add the ground beef mixture and then top with cheese.
Bake and enjoy.

Cheeseburger Muffin Cups
Ingredients
- 1- pound ground beef cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits With 10 biscuits in the pack
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choosing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a standard muffin tin with cooking spray
- In a large bowl, add your ground beef. Add in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup. Spoon the beef mixture into the cups, top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
