Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies
Are you looking for a new dessert recipe? These brownies are the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter. They’re easy to make, too! You’ll need just one bowl and 30 minutes to whip up these delicious treats.
You won’t find another dessert that’s as rich in flavor or as satisfyingly sweet as this one. The best part is that they’re made with ingredients you probably already have on hand. So what are you waiting for? Get cooking!
How to Store the Brownies
This recipe makes a large batch of brownies, which means they’ll be perfect for sharing with friends and family. You can store them in the fridge or freezer to keep them fresh as long as possible. Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies will last about two weeks if stored properly!
If you’re not saving these for later, then go ahead and enjoy some now while they’re at their best quality! Just make sure that any leftovers are covered well so that no air gets into them. This prevents moisture from developing inside the container and breaking down the flavors of your delicious dessert. When it’s time to serve them up again, simply heat up what you’ve saved in an oven until warm enough to eat .
How Long Do Peanut Butter Brownies Last?
When stored properly, these brownies will last for about 2 weeks. You can also freeze these brownies to make them last even longer.
How to Freeze Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies
If you’re not going to eat all of these brownies at once, then it’s best to freeze the leftovers for later. First, wrap up your delicious desserts in aluminum foil and place them inside a plastic bag or airtight container.
Once they’ve been wrapped up tightly so that no air can get in, seal off the top with an elastic band. You’ll want to remove as much excess air from this storage space as possible before putting it into the freezer because frozen foods expand when they are freezing due to water crystals forming within them. It is important that there be plenty of room for expansion!
The Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies can be frozen for up to six months, but it’s best if you only store them for one month or less at a time so that they don’t lose their flavor and texture when defrosted .
Are brownies supposed to be gooey in the middle?
Brownies should be slightly gooey in the middle. You’ll know they’re done cooking when the edges are set and pulled away from the pan, but there’s some wetness in the center that you can’t let a toothpick touch without it sticking.
I personally love when they are gooey. it adds an extra richness to the brownies.
What is the Best Peanut Butter to Use
For best results, use a “processed” style peanut butter such as Jif or Skippy and avoid natural-style peanut butter that separates and needs to be stirred.
Nut butter alternatives
You can replace the peanut butter with other nut butters that are similarly processed. Examples include almond butter, Barney Butter, Sunbutter, or cashew butter. These wil all work well. You can also use a chocolate hazelnut spread like Nutella.
Tips and tricks for making brownies
Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies are best served at room temperature.
It’s important to mix the dry ingredients and wet (butter, sugar, eggs) together thoroughly before adding in other ingredients like chocolate chips–if you don’t do this first, then your brownie batter will be clumpy with unmixed chunks of flour or chocolate that end up sinking to the bottom of the tray when they’re baked .
Don’t overmix! This can cause a tough texture for your brownies.
Brownie variations
Mix-In Ideas: The brownie batter recipe calls for optional chocolate chips, but you could swap in ingredients such as chopped nuts, peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces, or crunchy peanut-butter cups.
Use these Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies as an excuse to have friends over! They’re perfect for party favors and gifts because everyone loves this rich dessert. Package them up in cellophane bags with ribbon made out of parchment paper to keep things festive before giving them away as presents! You can also package these brownies by themselves without any other treats if you want to give someone else some great baking ideas of their own
