Peach Jello Salad
If you love Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad, you will love this peach version. Peach Jello pretzel salad brings in all of the same ingredients except instead of strawberries, I am using peach. I often bring strawberry jello pretzel salad to picnics, but after finding that my strawberries had gone bad one day, and at the very last minute, I threw this peach jello salad together and it was a huge hit.
Is Jello Salad with Fruit a Dessert
Even though it is called a salad, it is a dessert in my mind. I do know some people who serve it as a side dish though. For me, this will always be a dessert, rather than part of the main meal.
Can You Freeze Jello Salad?
While technically, you can freeze it. The texture and taste will change after the salad has been frozen. If the jello salad is frozen before it sets, it will never set completely.
How Long Does It Take for Pretzel Jello Salad to Set
This Peach Jello Salad should take about 3 to 4 hours to set. I always recommend leaving the salad to set overnight to give it the best flavor and make sure it is set completely before serving it.
Can I Make it Ahead
It is best when you make this pretzel salad at least half a day in advance. Since it takes at least 4 hours to set up and is best overnight, you do not want to wait until the last minute. The jello salad will last for about 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
