You do not have to add filling to these cookies. You can bake just the pie crust as is and add cinnamon sugar on top or a powdered sugar glaze. The Disney Mickey Mouse Pie Crust Cookies are filled with preserves to make them even better.
How to Store Pie Crust Cookies
If your house is like mine, these cookies will be gone before you can even put them away. But if you are ready to store the cookies, you will want to store them in an airtight container. This can be a plastic container with a lid or a freezer bag.
What Can I Add to These Cookies
There are so many types of preserves that you can add inside. I love adding blueberry compote inside. You can add cinnamon sugar on the outside too. You even add chocolate on the inside if you want to give these Mickey Mouse cookies a twist. Powdered sugar alone or made into a glaze works well too.
What to Serve with these Cookies
These cookies are a great snack idea. You can enjoy them with just a cold glass of milk, which is the way hubby likes them best. However, you can make them even more decadent and use them as a dunker for some of our favorite dessert dips, like Dunkaroo Dip, Easter Peeps S’more Dip or Healthy Peanut Butter Fruit Dip.

Ingredients
- 2 store bought pie crust
- Preserves
- Mickey Mouse cookie cutter
How to Make Mickey Mouse Pie Crust Cookies
Start with a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Roll out the pie dough and use the cookie cutter to make the Mickey Mouse shapes.
There will be 2 pieces per cookie, a top and a bottom.
Cut slits in the top of the cookies.
On the bottom piece, add the preserves and then place the top piece on the cookie.
Use a fork to press the edges together and seal the cookie.
Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the cookies to make sure they do not burn.

Ingredients
- 2 store bought pie crust
- Preserves
- Mickey Mouse cookie cutter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 before starting the cookies
- Open the pie crust and roll out pie crust and cut out mickey cookies
- Use one piece as the bottom and one piece as the top. Cut slits on the top.
- On the bottom piece, add a spoonful of the preserves. Then add the top piece of pie crust.
- Press the fork along the edges to seal the pieces together
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Keep your eye on them.
