    I always serve the avocado salsa over Keto taco cups. It goes together perfectly. The cups are made from cheese so it is low low carb and keto-approved.  I also like to serve easy cod with avocado salsa.

    How Long Does Avocado Salsa Last

    You can store this avocado salsa in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Make sure it is thoroughly covered with lime juice. This will keep the avocado from browning.

    1 medium avocado, diced
    1 small tomato, seeded and diced
    2 T. fresh lime juice
    1 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
    Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

    How to Make Avocado Salsa

    Combine the avocado, tomato, lime juice, and fresh cilantro in a medium bowl.

    Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and gently stir to combine.
