How to Make Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs
Note: My stores do not sell the sugar-free chocolate chips. I get my sugar free chocolate chips online on Amazon. We make chocolate fat bombs often so I tend to get the 4 pack when I order. You can also find Swerve Sugar on Amazon as well. Here are some ideas for candy molds. You can choose ones as fancy or as basic as you like.
- 1 pkg. 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 stick Butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
- 1/4 cup of Swerve Sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
- 1/2 a cup of Mini Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- Candy Molds
- 1/2 a cup of Mini Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips (melted down)
Directions:
- Start by beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add in butter, vanilla, swerve, chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Mix until well blended.
- Press mixture firmly into candy molds.
- Place in freezer for one hour.
- Pop out of molds.
- Take melted chocolate and drizzle over fat bombs.
- Freeze again for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
