    When we started Keto, it was hard. I needed my daily dose of chocolate. Eating these chocolate fat bombs helped me keep from being hungry, and it helped me stay on track. When I had a chocolate fat bomb to grab, I didn’t grab the piece of chocolate or another carb heavy sugar-laden snack. Chocolate Fat bomb recipes are a must for me to stay on track and stay in ketosis.

    These Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs taste like a chocolate cheesecake. For my husband, that is what makes him reach for it. Chocolate cheesecake is a weakness of his. He loves cheesecake anything. So making triple chocolate fat bombs let him feel like he is getting that special treat but really it is something that is keeping him on track and helps him to not go off his diet.

    If you do not want as much chocolate in your chocolate fat bombs, simply omit some. You do not have to coat the fat bombs in chocolate of skip adding the chocolate chips inside.

    How to Make Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs

    Note: My stores do not sell the sugar-free chocolate chips. I get my sugar free chocolate chips online on Amazon. We make chocolate fat bombs often so I tend to get the 4 pack when I order. You can also find Swerve Sugar on Amazon as well.  Here are some ideas for candy molds. You can choose ones as fancy or as basic as you like.

    Ingredients:
    • 1 pkg. 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
    • 1 stick Butter (softened)
    • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
    • 1/4 cup of  Swerve Sugar
    • 3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
    • 1/2 a cup of Mini Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • Candy Molds
    • 1/2 a cup of Mini Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips (melted down)

    Directions:

    1.  Start by beating your cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
    2. Add in butter, vanilla, swerve, chocolate chips and coconut oil.triple chocolate cheesecake fat bombs

    4. Press mixture firmly into candy molds.triple chocolate cheesecake fat bomb in candy mold
    5. Place in freezer for one hour.
    6. Pop out of molds.
    7. Take melted chocolate and drizzle over fat bombs.
    8. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
    9. Serve and enjoy! 

    *Melts at room temperature.
