Why Use Pork Loin in this Asian Pork Loin Recipe
Whenever we want pork chops, I buy a pork loin instead. The last time I priced it, pork chops were $3.99 a pound and the tenderloin was $1.89 a pound. That is a significant difference. Also, the loin has less fat on it so it means that I spend less time trimming the meat. I am also not paying for things that I am throwing away.
