- 1 tsp. xanthan gum – If not following Keto you can use corn starch
- stevia
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Prepare all ingredients in advance of cooking. Make the sausage burger patties and put them in the oven while you make the mushroom gravy. You should have time to make the gravy before you need to sear the patties. This will require a bit of juggling but the time you save is worth it.
How to Make Sausage Burgers in Mushroom Gravy
Mix the sausage and hamburger with the dry spices until evenly mixed and form into patties. This should make 6 to 8 patties.
Grease one or two 9×13 pans with vegetable shortening and place the patties evenly spaced in them. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until 160 F internal temperature is reached.
