This quick and easy fish fillet dinner is able to go from prep to table in under 20 minutes. With lots of flavor, these haddock fillets are delicious and the fish flakes easily.

    How Long to Bake Haddock

What is great about this baked haddock recipe is that it cooks very fast. That makes this dinner an under 30 minute meal. Broil the haddock for 6-8 minutes until it is golden brown.

How Many Weight Watchers Points in Haddock

While the original way this recipe was made was using olive oil, I have found that there is no need for all the oil. By using baking spray, this recipe tastes amazing and it is low in points. You could reduce the amount of parmesan cheese to make these even less points.

How to Make Parmesan Baked Haddock with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil

Preheat your oven to broil and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with a piece of aluminum foil.

Arrange haddock fillets on a baking dish and spray the fish with baking spray before sprinkling with the Parmesan cheese. Lightly season each filet with salt and black pepper, if desired.

Place in pre-heated oven and broil for 6-8 minutes or just until the fish is golden brown on top and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from oven and set aside.

While the fish broils, toss the tomatoes and basil with 2 sprays of the baking spray and season with salt and black pepper, as desired. Set aside.

Transfer fish to individual serving plates and top each filet with an equal portion of the tomato-basil mixture before serving. Enjoy!
