    ⭐ Pro Tips ⭐

    • These won’t have an overly strong flavor, but I think they’re just right. If you prefer a bolder orange taste, try adding a peeled orange wedge or two directly into the mix and blend it in. It’ll give the drink a much stronger orange flavor.
    • Be careful not to add too much liquid without balancing it with extra ice, or you’ll end up with a thinner drink. If that’s what you’re aiming for, go for it! But if you want that icy, slushy texture, the current recipe ratio is ideal.
    • I prefer using pulp-free orange juice, but if you like pulp, feel free to swap it out.
    • As for the sparkling wine, use whatever brand you prefer—it doesn’t have to be the one I used

Bellini vs. Mimosa: What’s the Difference?

Both the Bellini and the Mimosa are classic brunch cocktails, but they have a few key differences in flavor and ingredients. Here’s how they compare:

    • Mimosa: Traditionally made with champagne and orange juice, the mimosa is bright, tangy, and refreshing. It’s perfect for those who love a citrusy punch in their drink.
    • Bellini: A Bellini, on the other hand, is made with peach purée and sparkling wine (typically Prosecco). It’s a little sweeter and has a soft, fruity flavor from the peaches.

While both are bubbly and perfect for celebrations, the mimosa’s citrusy zing makes it a fan favorite for those who prefer a tangier sip, while the Bellini offers a sweeter, fruitier alternative.

    📖  Variations

Tropical Mimosa: Add frozen pineapple or mango to the blender for a tropical twist on this drink.

Berry Mimosa: Blend in some frozen berries like raspberries or strawberries for a berry-flavored frozen mimosa.
