Yes. You can make and bake these homemade hot pockets and then freeze them. This makes it easy to have homemade hot pockets, which are lower in points and healthier for you.

Can I Use Rotisserie Chicken for Broccoli Chicken and Cheese?

While I try to use chicken breast when I make this broccoli chicken and cheese recipe, there are times when I use rotisserie chicken as well. Using a rotisserie chicken saves time and makes it easier to make this recipe. If you are not trying to keep the points low, you can use the light and dark meat of the chicken.

These healthy broccoli cheddar chicken pockets are made using my Weight Watchers Alfredo Sauce. When using that sauce these homemade hot pockets are 4 on blue and purple and 6 points on green. If you are not using my sauce, these values will change.
