Question: what size are these 2-point waffles? Are they just a few inches across like an Eggo waffle (and also the size that the WW mini waffle iron makes), or are these full-size circular waffles like the ones made on a large circular waffle iron?
Debi
The Eggo size
Angel
They’re full size. Just made it.

My waffle iron was ruined in a burst water pipe incident, so I made these as pancakes instead. I got four 4 inch pancakes from the batch for a total of 2 points- a win in my book! And they were delicious. I ate them with thawed frozen blueberries. A great addition to my WW plan. I can’t wait until insurance comes through so I can get a new waffle iron and try it that way. Thank you for the recipe!

I am so sorry to hear about the pipes. It’s always so frustrating when things like that happen. Hopefully the insurance moves quickly for you. I’m glad you enjoyed the recipe. I hope this year goes much better for you.

How many waffles does this make? How much vanilla, salt & cinnamon goes in the recipe?
Sue
Are these 2 points for 1 waffle? And are we referring to the WW mini waffle maker size?
