    What is Kodiak Cake Mix?

Kodiak Cakes is the only waffle company in North America to offer whole grain baking mixes–providing 100% of your daily recommended value of fiber and 14 grams protein per serving. This mix tastes fantastic, has a high protein count and makes delicious waffles.

    How to Store

To ensure that they stay fresh, store them in the refrigerator or the freezer. This way they will be ready and waiting for you when you need a quick breakfast! I like to keep mine in the freezer in a freezer bag so that they are ready and tasty when I want them.

How to Reheat Frozen Weight watchers 2 Point Waffles

I reheat mine in toaster. I set the toaster on high and toast them for about 40 seconds, or on the 2nd setting on my toaster. It’s super convenient, easy and fast! When it pops up, it is warmed through and with the crispy outside and fluffy inside just the way you want it.

    How Long Do They Last

Waffles will stay fresh in the fridge for two weeks or longer. In the freezer, they last up to three months.

    Ways to Serve

Add sugar free syrup to make it taste just like regular waffles

Top with fruit or yogurt for an extra low point boost

Spread on peanut butter on them to make Tandy Cake Peanut Butter Waffles.

    Add cocoa to the batter.

Add ham and cheese or a fried egg to make a sandwich.

How Much Does This Recipe Cost to Make

This is a truly budget friendly meal. Each one costs about $0.87 cents to make as of today, using prices from Krogers. Whether you need an inexpensive breakfast or a cheap dinner idea, these should be at the top of your list.

What is the secret to crispy Weight Watchers 2 Point waffles?

Make Sure Your Iron Is Hot. This creates a crispy outside.

Brush the iron with butter or a nonstick spray. This helps to make the outside crispy.

Place the finished waffles in the oven. This helps to make the outsides even more crispy and help keep them warm.

How Many Points in Weight Watchers Waffles

The great thing about using Kodiak Cakes buttermilk mix is that it gives a low point base. When you make these using this mix, almond milk and Greek yogurt, the points count is low, coming in at 2 points each on Blue and Purple and 4 Points on Green.

Question: what size are these 2-point waffles? Are they just a few inches across like an Eggo waffle (and also the size that the WW mini waffle iron makes), or are these full-size circular waffles like the ones made on a large circular waffle iron?

My waffle iron was ruined in a burst water pipe incident, so I made these as pancakes instead. I got four 4 inch pancakes from the batch for a total of 2 points- a win in my book! And they were delicious. I ate them with thawed frozen blueberries. A great addition to my WW plan. I can’t wait until insurance comes through so I can get a new waffle iron and try it that way. Thank you for the recipe!

I am so sorry to hear about the pipes. It’s always so frustrating when things like that happen. Hopefully the insurance moves quickly for you. I’m glad you enjoyed the recipe. I hope this year goes much better for you.

How many waffles does this make? How much vanilla, salt & cinnamon goes in the recipe?

Are these 2 points for 1 waffle? And are we referring to the WW mini waffle maker size?
