This is basically a homemade healthy broccoli cheddar chicken hot pocket. I love this comfort food. It is a great way to have the foods you love that are better for you and lower in points. You can eat these as soon as they are made or freeze them and have a simple microwave meal.

While I try to use chicken breast when I make this broccoli chicken and cheese recipe, there are times when I use rotisserie chicken as well. Using a rotisserie chicken saves time and makes it easier to make this recipe. If you are not trying to keep the points low, you can use the light and dark meat of the chicken.
How Many Weight Watchers Points in these Healthy Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Pocket
These healthy broccoli cheddar chicken pockets are made using my Weight Watchers Alfredo Sauce. When using that sauce these homemade hot pockets are 4 on blue and purple and 6 points on green. If you are not using my sauce, these values will change.

Ingredients
- 2 Ingredient Dough
- 3 large chicken breasts – cooked
- 2 cups steamed broccoli – Can be fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli
- 3 oz fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Weight Watchers Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup Fat Free cheddar cheese
- Italian Seasoning
How to Make Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Pockets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Season with salt and pepper and your favorite seasoning. Bake chicken breasts in a 350 degree oven until no longer pink in center. Dice chicken and set aside.

Make the 2 ingredient dough Cut the dough into 6 pieces. Roll it out to a 1/4 inch thick.
Combine the chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, broccoli and alfredo sauce in a bowl and spread it over the rectangles.

Fold the ends of the dough over the filling. Fold the ends up and over. Then seal the seams shut using a bit of water if necessary.

Place seam side down on a prepped baking sheet, cut a small steam vent in the top. Top with melted butter if you want. (This is not included in the WW points).

Place the pockets on a greased sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
