There is no doubt that I love my sweets. I have to have them. That is why recipes like this work for me. I can have my sweets, not feel deprived but still make progress.
When I first started making homemade ice cream, I started with Creamy Banana Ice Cream. It is a simple combination of nice cream and ice cream base because nice cream never has the creamy texture I was looking for. Then I started making Low Calorie Rocky Road Ice Cream using the same base ingredients. When hubby was craving mint ice cream, this creation was born.

What Brand Chocolate Chips is Sugar Free?
There are several brands of sugar free chocolate chips available from Hersheys to off brands but personally I prefer Lilly's. I like the flavor and they are low(ish) in points. You can use whatever brand of sugar free chocolate chips you like.

- Bananas
- Plain Greek nonfat yogurt
- Fat-free cream cheese
- Real vanilla extract
- Sugar substitute
- Lily's Sugar-free chocolate chips
- Mint extract
- Green food coloring

How to Make WW No Churn Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Recipe
Place banana slices in a plastic freezer-safe bag and place in the freezer about 4 hours, or until frozen.

In a powerful blender or food processor, add frozen banana slices, yogurt, cream cheese, and vanilla and mint extracts, and blend until completely smooth.

If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of water to loosen the mixture.

Add 1-2 drops of food coloring (if desired.)

Add in sugar substitute until thoroughly combined with other ingredients. Once blended, taste mixture and add more if desired.

Stir in chocolate chips and pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover tightly. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

To serve, remove from freezer and let sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes to soften. Scoop into individual chilled serving dishes and garnish with favorite topping.

- ½ teaspoon mint extract
- Green food coloring if desired
